These Terms govern your use of pennyvfashion.com and the purchase of goods and services from Penny V Atelier, a Massachusetts sole proprietorship owned by Jeffrey Dixon ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
Penny V Atelier operates a single physical location at 3642 Farland Street, Foxboro, MA 02035. We do not currently take online orders; this site is informational and supports appointment requests.
Appointment requests submitted through the site are not confirmed until we reply with a specific time. We may decline a request for any lawful reason. Personal-styling appointment fees are charged in advance and credited toward purchase that same day.
All sales on the studio floor are final after seven days, subject to the Return Policy posted at the counter and on this page. Made-to-measure orders require a fifty percent deposit at the time of measurement; the balance is due on delivery.
Pricing for alterations is provided in writing before any work begins. We are not responsible for damage to fabrics that we have advised in writing are unsuitable for the requested alteration.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to gain unauthorized access; to interfere with its operation; or to scrape its contents in bulk.

This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current at every moment.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Penny V Atelier's total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
